These aren’t your typical articulation flashcards!

These flashcards are exceptional because a colorful placement visual is included to help your child or student say his or her target sound!

Such visuals provide extra support to children or students who may need reminders on how to position their mouth to make a sound!

Each card contains a placement visual for the mouth. These visuals are carefully positioned on each card to correspond to the location of the target sound.

For instance, if the target sound is “s” – the visual is strategically placed. For “s” in the initial sounds of words, the mouth visual is located at the beginning of the word. For words that have an “s” in the middle, the placement visual is located underneath the middle of the word. For “s” in the final position of words, the visual is at the end of the word. The letter s is also underlined in each word when appropriate.

An additional Initial, Medial, and Final Position Card Visual is also included to help students better understand the location of the target sound in words
