The Very Lonely Firefly: Story Map for Sequencing and Storytelling

The Very Lonely Firefly: Story Map for Sequencing and Storytelling

The Very Lonely Firefly by Eric Carle is a great picture book to use in your speech therapy session.

Here are 4 reasons why you may want to introduce this book to your little ones:

1. There’s an element of non-fiction.

2. It’s great for early sequencing and storytelling.

3. Many of the sentences repeat.

4. There are lots of opportunities to target “f” sound.

Included in this freebie is a nice visual story map to help your young children sequence the story from beginning, middle, to end.

Thank you! I hope you enjoy this resource 🙂
